Attorney Sangcheol Shin worked at Kim & Chang (Bae, Kim & Lee LLC) for 7 years in the Labor Team of the Advisory Group after completing Judicial Research and Training. In 2015, he established Law Office Yosu and joined Yehun Law Firm in December 2020.

During his time at Kim & Chang, he handled various matters including mergers and acquisitions between large corporations, litigation between listed companies, constitutional litigation representing the government including the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and legislative consulting for government agencies including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' National Diplomatic Academy Law.

Currently, Attorney Shin serves as legal counsel for numerous mid-sized companies, handling labor and employment matters, general corporate affairs, construction and real estate, intellectual property, fair trade, and energy-related matters including solar power plant PF consulting.
