Attorney Jaeseung Kim worked at the 1st Corps Legal Office and the International Law Division of the Ministry of National Defense's Legal Management Office from 1993 to 1996, where he reviewed international law and contracts related to major military procurement projects. From 1996 to 2012, he served as an associate judge and sole judge in the Seongnam Branch of Suwon District Court, Seoul Central District Court, Jeju District Court, and Seoul High Court, as well as a research judge at the Supreme Court, and presiding judge at Busan District Court and Bucheon Branch of Incheon District Court. After retiring with honors in February 2012, he worked as a senior attorney at Kim & Chang (Construction Team) until April 2018, and then established Yehun Law Firm in June 2018.

His main areas of practice include civil litigation related to construction and real estate (additional construction costs, indirect construction costs, delay compensation, cost-sharing), reconstruction and redevelopment litigation (bid winner status disputes, injunctions against general meeting resolutions, invalidation of general meeting resolutions, criminal cases related to association chairperson status, information disclosure requests), administrative litigation related to construction (cancellation of sanctions against construction companies such as bid participation restrictions and business suspensions), and advisory services related to these areas.
